Accessibility & Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accommodations Policy

Eddy Wellness is committed to providing continuing education programs that are accessible and inclusive for all participants. We strive to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable federal and state accessibility laws by providing reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities.

Participants who require accommodations to fully participate in a training are encouraged to submit their request as early as possible, preferably at least 14 days prior to the training, to allow sufficient time to evaluate the request and coordinate appropriate arrangements.

Requests for accommodations should be submitted in writing to [email protected] and should include:
  • The participant's name and contact information.
  • The title and date of the training.
  • A description of the requested accommodation.

Any information that may assist us in understanding the accommodation needed (supporting documentation may be requested when appropriate and permitted by law).

Upon receipt of a request, Eddy Wellness will engage in an interactive process with the participant to determine whether a reasonable accommodation can be provided without fundamentally altering the nature of the educational program or creating an undue hardship. While every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate requests, accommodations are determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on the specific training format, venue, and available resources.

Questions regarding accessibility or requests for accommodations should be directed to [email protected].
