As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, she is skilled at assessing the root of your energy and physical blocks and can use various techniques to meet your unique needs. What to expect in a Reiki session
Most Reiki sessions last about an hour, and how often you come is entirely up to you—whether it’s weekly, monthly, or just when you need a reset. Remote Reiki sessions work the same way, offering the same deep healing from wherever you are.
Before Your Session
We'll take a few minutes to check in with you, discuss your intentions, and answer any questions.
Settle in and Relax
You’ll lie down fully clothed on a comfortable table, close your eyes, and let yourself unwind as gentle energy work begins.
The Reiki Healing
We'll use light touch or hover our hands just above your body, letting energy flow to where it’s needed most. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation during this time.
After Your Session
You’ll have a moment to come back to the present, and we may share insights or self-care tips to help you maintain balance between sessions.
