We’re currently hiring licensed mental health professionals who are trained in EMDR (or in the process of training) to join our team. Our ideal therapist will have experience working with trauma throughout the lifespan and be able to add to or enhance the collective knowledge of our team.
EMDR Therapist (CT or Remote)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide EMDR therapy to clients via telehealth, with in-office options available from our Norwich, CT location
- Deliver culturally competent, trauma-informed care tailored to individual client needs
- Be able to schedule a caseload of 6-10 clients per week
- Contribute to a collaborative team by sharing expertise and participating in peer discussions
Qualifications:
- Licensed mental health professional (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
- EMDR-trained or actively enrolled in EMDR training
- Experience working with trauma across the lifespan
- Ability to provide culturally competent care
- Must believe in the ability to approach treatment for the whole self (mind, body, spirit)
