Renee Eddy
LPC, CERTIFIED EMDR THERAPIST & REIKI MASTER
Renee is the founder of Eddy Wellness and a faculty member at The Center for Excellence in EMDR Therapy. She has over 15 years of experience guiding adults on their healing journeys, and teaching other practitioners how to use EMDR in their practice.
Over time, she realized adults, women especially, were tired of feeling held back by their past. They wanted a safe space where they could feel happier and more fulfilled — without waiting months for results.
That’s why she founded Eddy Wellness, a safe space for women to tackle the root of their pain. Joined by her all-women team of licensed professionals, Eddy Wellness helps women online and in her seaside Connecticut office leave each session feeling lighter and more empowered.

Sylvia Laudette
LCSW, EMDR THERAPIST & REIKI MASTER
Sylvia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Reiki Master at Eddy Wellness. She has over 15 years of experience helping adults and seniors who are feeling stuck in life’s transitions.
As we get older, new challenges seem to pop up at every turn — whether it’s navigating a big change, dealing with loss, or simply trying to figure out where to go next. And, let’s be honest, finding time for ourselves can feel impossible when we’re juggling everything else.
Sylvia’s blend of CBT and EMDR offers a space to unpack the weight you’ve been carrying and rediscover what it means to feel like yourself again. Together you will create enduring and useful life skills as you emerge from the shadows of depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, and the challenges of life transitions.

LICENSED MASSAGE THERAPIST & REIKI PRACTITIONER
Cierra's our on-site Licensed Massage Therapist who uses a variety of techniques to meet your unique needs. Whether you're addressing pain and discomfort brought on by past injuries, chronic pain, postural distortions, muscle imbalance, or simply looking to have a relaxing massage in Norwich, CT — expect to leave her table feeling renewed.

Cierra is also certified in Orthopedic and Medical Massage, allowing her to combine techniques like cupping, stretching, and trigger point therapy to deliver long-lasting relief.
Massage incorporates modalities that range from gentle to more intense techniques. She'll work with you to create an ideal treatment plan for your session, including tailoring to your comfort level with these techniques.
