EMDR Consulting sessions are meant to help you enhance your EMDR practice by utilizing didactic components, case presentations, and group discussions.  We will utilize advanced relational techniques for complex developmental trauma cases while addressing attachment ruptures and dissociation.  We will also explore how whole-self wellness and the AIP approach are connected and identify ways to help clients get their best possible outcomes.

Individual sessions will include the above with a more catered approach to helping you integrate both the skill and art of EMDR therapy.

Group sessions are 2 hours long and go for 5-6 month terms with options to renew for subsequent terms.  Individual sessions are 1 hour long and offered based on individual needs.
