Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing in the most peaceful way. By using natural healing vibrations transmitted through the hands of the practitioner to the recipient, Reiki can relieve stress, pain, fatigue and considerably more. The beauty of this technique is it only requires energy flowing from the hands of the Reiki practitioner to the recipient by moving hands over the body or with a light touch. Renee Eddy is an experienced Reiki Master, optimal health and wellness is achieved when we align our environment, body and spirit as one through Reiki. Through this integrative approach, she gives you the ability to begin your journey to a new you—the real you. What to Expect in Sessions

During a Reiki session, all that is required of you is to be present and ready to achieve your goals through this relaxing technique. Sessions typically last around an hour and frequency is dependent on how you are currently feeling in life. Weekly and monthly sessions are offered. If you find you are struggling in your present life, the frequency of the sessions can be increased. When you begin to attain the ability to maintain wellness independently, the recurrence of the sessions can decrease. Reiki Sessions are not covered by insurance.
