CONNECTICUT EMDR THERAPY

Break Free From Your Past & Find Your Peace

EMDR therapy is an effective alternative to traditional talk therapy, designed to treat anxiety, PTSD, and a variety of complex trauma.

When weekly therapy doesn’t fit your schedule - fast-track healing with an EMDR Intensive

You’ve experienced some traumatic things in your life, recently or in the past, and it's stuck with you. You've been holding it together, but you often feel like you're just going through the motions, stuck in the same loop of feelings that never seem to go away. You're ready to feel better — now.

You’re not alone. Many women silently carry the weight of complex developmental trauma for years before they seek help. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, generational trauma, PTSD (from a single or ongoing event), or the ridiculous pressures of motherhood — you need help. But juggling life, family, and a career with this emotional burden puts a strain on your relationships, can disrupt daily responsibilities, and impacts your overall well-being. You're ready to heal but the thought of spending months or even years in weekly therapy sessions before feeling relief can seem unbearable.

Stop waiting. Achieve 6-12 months of therapy in just one week.

That’s the transformative healing of an EMDR Intensive.
